Welcome to the PETTERIL HOLSTEINS website. Designed to give fellow breeders a continued insight into life at one of the UK's leading type and production herds.

Situated ten minutes from the M6 J41 & 42 in the North of England. Petteril Bank consists of 260 acres of land sloping down to the River Petteril. Stephen and Ann Morley now run the family farm with the business's roots going back to 1969 when Ann's parents Gordon & Sheila Wilson founded it along with the original Petteril Herd.

We currently have 180 cows milking, averaging 10,800kgs at 4.00%bf and 3.20%pt. Service sires include Gibson, Lheros, Talent, Zenith, Carisma, Sprite and Shottle.

Our aims are to breed cows from strong families with longevity, dairy strength and mobility.
